I am licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. I’ve been a Realtor since 1997, which followed several decades as the owner of a manufacturer’s representative sales and marketing business that specialized in audio/video and projection video products. My marketing and negotiating experience learned in those years has served me well in the real estate business. I view the process of buying or selling a property a very serious experience. There is much to gain or lose in the transaction; a mistake or misjudgment or ignorance of the current real estate contract changes can be very costly. I feel strongly that a Buyer or Seller must have an expert real estate advisor to handle the transaction and that I can provide that expert help. I’m a real good listener.
I’ve lived in the Bethesda/Chevy Chase area for over 40 years and currently reside in Glen Echo, MD. My children went to the Montgomery County schools and my experience in my former audio/video installation business gave me a real sense of construction and renovation techniques, which have proved useful in the real estate business. I bring a formidable amount of experience to the process on your behalf.
