David and Nancy Hammond have lived in the Washington, D.C. area for over 30 years and in the Palisades neighborhood for the past 22 years. David attended Yorktown High School in Arlington, Virginia and graduated from Georgetown University. Nancy attended Holton Arms School in Bethesda and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. They both taught English as a foreign language in Paris for a year and then worked in broadcasting when they returned to the United States. Nancy moved on to a twenty year career at World Wildlife Fund where she started as Publications Editor and eventually became Vice President for Program Services, managing a global multimillion dollar grants program. David developed an acting career which he continues to pursue along with real estate.

 

They launched their real estate careers in 1993 and their business has grown steadily and substantially each year since. Consistent reliable service and frequent straightforward communication are the hallmarks of their business. They have excellent track records working with both buyers and sellers and they work in all price ranges. They are experienced in dealing with single family homes, condominiums and co-ops. Both are licensed in DC and Nancy is also licensed in Maryland.
