Since she moved to the District many years ago, Suzanne has been keenly interested in the Metropolitan Washington area real estate market. She has lived in both DC and in Montgomery County; the Massachusetts Avenue corridor in Bethesda has been her home for over 20 years, in Wood Acres and in Sumner. 

 

While recognizing that the Internet has certainly enhanced the ability of  individuals to conduct their own searches, Suzanne understands that nothing can compare to the assistance and advice of an experienced real estate agent to represent buyers and sellers.  She efficiently works with the tools available on line, while, at the same time, providing the personal and professional services required for successful transactions.

 

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Suzanne spent several years on Capitol Hill and in other government and non-government organizations, working on Social Security legislation.  That was followed by positions in communications, both within the government and in the private sector.  Real estate was a natural follow-up to her communications work, as she enjoys working directly with clients -- negotiating the best deals for them, and developing effective marketing tools and plans for property sales.

 

Suzanne is originally from Boston and continues to enjoy trips north to visit family and friends (with stops in New York City, whenever possible).  She holds a degree from Manhattanville College, and is a member of the National Press Club, Her two children, Christopher and Elizabeth, attended schools in the Walt Whitman district.  Over the years, she has been involved in numerous activities in the schools, at her church, and in the community.  Suzanne is licensed to practice real estate in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
