Courtney Abrams enjoys working with buyers and sellers, and is the third member of the Abrams/Finnell Team at Evers & Co. Real Estate. Courtney specializes in multiple neighborhoods in DC, and her sales and listings include condos and single-family homes from Cleveland Park to Capitol Hill. She also handles rentals for her team. A native Washingtonian, Courtney brings energy and enthusiasm to selling properties in her hometown.

Before joining Evers & Co., Courtney worked in commercial real estate for CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in McLean as a Research Analyst. She tracked the office market, studied real estate trends, and worked with brokers which broadened her knowledge base of the commercial side of real estate. Courtney's experience in marketing and sales for Washington Business Journal sharpened her communication and networking skills.

Courtney graduated from The Bullis School in Potomac, MD and went on to earn her BA in Communications from Denison University in Granville, OH. While at Denison, Courtney was captain of the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse Team leading her team to win the NCAC Championship in 2006. Courtney was named NCAA Division III All-American in 2005, and was 1st team All-NCAC from 2003 to 2006. 

In addition to lacrosse, Courtney studied in Florence, Italy during the fall of her junior year. She was also an active member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority.

 Courtney currently lives in Glover Park and coaches youth lacrosse in her free time. She is a member of the Junior League of Washington, which promotes literacy in the greater DC Metro area.
