In many cases, buyers find properties that need modifications to meet their needs and tastes. As a designer and real estate agent, Nicholas is able to find the right property for his buyers and offer them advice on design changes that will suite their taste and budget. With sellers, he can suggest modifications that could enhance the value of their property before they put it on the market.

Nicholas graduated with his BS and Master of Architecture from Catholic University of America and studied in Rome, Italy. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles, California, where he received his
LEED AP certification and studied Real Estate Appraisal, before returning to the Washington area to join Alter Urban and Evers & Co. Real Estate. Nicholas is active in local, civic and professional
organizations including the U.S. Green Building Council, National Association of Realtors, Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, and Human Rights Campaign.
