Trish is a native Washingtonian and brings to her clients insider knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, commutes, recreational/entertainment venues and more! And, as a licensed Associate Broker in DC, MD & VA, her clients are able to evaluate living options in the area without geographic boundaries.

 Trish became a realtor in January of 2005 and in 2009 she obtained her Broker licenses in DC, MD & VA. Prior to becoming a realtor, Trish and her family (husband and four children - college age and beyond) lived abroad in both Germany and Uganda. While overseas she worked in public affairs, and was a Community Liaison Officer serving as an advocate for embassy employees and their families.

 Throughout her career the common threads to success is careful listening, understanding needs, being knowledgeable and resourceful, developing plans and proactively communicating with others. These are essentially the same skills you need in a realtor.
